Invitation to Provide Anonymous FeedbackIf you have received a link to this page, it is because someone has entrusted you with the opportunity to share your insights. As part of an upcoming exit interview, I am committed to addressing any concerns or grievances you may have regarding your experience with this organization.
Please take a moment to fill out the form below, and I will incorporate your feedback into our conversation in the most constructive manner possible. While an exit interview may not guarantee immediate changes, your input could contribute to enhancing our workplace environment. I truly respect your dedication and passion for what you do, and my hope is to emulate in my all future endeavors. Thank you for your openness and more importantly the inspiration you have instilled in me. Yours in service, Reeve |
Leadership who were provided this link: For those in leadership roles who may question the existence of this page, it suggests that someone on your team has entrusted the wrong person with this link. Welcome, anyway. I encourage you to reflect on the importance of open communication and active listening to your team members. I have had the privilege of doing so, and am better for it. Creating an environment where employees feel heard is essential, and their day-to-day interactions often reflect the core values of the organization more accurately than those stationed in a more isolated capacity. I respectfully request you try to understand that anyone providing feedback is doing so with the sole intention of making this place even better than it currently is. Many of us joined this organization inspired by its larger mission, viewing our roles as part of something meaningful. However, it's disheartening when instances arise where the knowledge and capabilities of team members may not be fully understood. I've encountered situations where I've been informed that certain resources are unavailable, despite my familiarity with their accessibility. Such discrepancies can potentially undermine the organization's perceived competence. I suggest adopting a more humble approach and recognizing that those working directly with members possess valuable skillsets that could be beneficial in enhancing the organization's overall effectiveness. Leveraging the diverse expertise within our team and simply listening can contribute positively to our collective success. Leadership, if you have made it thus far, I implore you to revisit our core values and assess whether your day-to-day interactions truly embody them. I assure you, the front-line staff and those in the facilities do, In my capacity as a consultant, my beginning steps are part of the magical listening tour, and after we implement the plans, we do the tour again and evaluate again. Our aim is progress, not perfection, and we move forward each time. I wish the organization the very best, and hope to contribute as a volunteer in the community if I am still eligible. Which I truly hope is the case, but certainly understand if I am not. |
FYI, if you are in a leadership position and you came to this page with the idea of retribution, please be aware that it is easy (for me) to identify those who have visited this page. I will inform those who submitted their feedback that you dropped by for a visit.
